Write or die: Fitzek thriller meets Beisenherz humor!
Carl Vorlau, a mysterious patient at a private psychiatric clinic, claims to have abducted seven-year-old Pia months ago and taken her to a secret location. Vorlau only wants to talk to one person about his crime – the humorous and unconventional literary agent David Dolla, to whom Vorlau makes a diabolical offer: the agent is to provide him with a publishing advance of one million euros for a thriller entitled “I kill something you can’t see”. A confession in the form of a true crime novel about the fate of little Pia!
As a reward, Vorlau promises to make Dolla a hero who will save the girl from certain death at the last second. However, if Dolla refuses the assignment, Vorlau will not only let Pia die, but also destroy the agent’s life forever …
Sounds like a typical psychological thriller?
True. But then again, it’s not. Because the main characters of “Write or Die” are even more extraordinary than the new author duo themselves: Sebastian Fitzek & Micky Beisenherz.

“We wanted to write something that has never been done before: a story that makes you laugh heartily on one side – and when you turn the page, that very laughter gets stuck in your throat from the suspense!”

Fitzek’s thrillers are breathtaking, full of wild twists.
Sebastian Fitzek is simply amazing. I truly hope that one day I will be able to create suspense and plot twists in the way only Sebastian can. A true Master of his craft.
