Dr. Suker is one of the best eye surgeons in the world. And a psychopath. By day, he performs the most complicated operations on the human eye. At night, he devotes himself to special patients: Women whose eyes he literally opens. Because before he rapes them, he carefully removes their eyelids. So far, all the victims have committed suicide shortly afterwards.
Due to a lack of witnesses and evidence, the police ask Alina Gregoriev for help.
